Hello, I’m Jen

Owner, Coach, LMFT

A relationship-focused coach and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. My goal is to guide individuals, couples, and families to understand their patterns, strengthen communication, and build relationships that feel safer and more aligned with who they are.

Therapy offers a trauma-informed space to explore life challenges, emotional patterns, and past experiences that may be impacting your well-being and relationships. Within a licensed clinical framework, the work focuses on deeper healing, emotional processing, and building healthier ways to move forward.

Self-work resources provide guided tools and reflective exercises designed to help you explore your patterns, strengthen self-awareness, and support personal growth at your own pace. These workbooks are created to complement therapy or coaching—or to offer a meaningful starting point for those beginning their self-discovery journey.

Coaching offers a forward-focused space to better understand your relationship patterns, clarify your needs, and create intentional change in your life and relationships. Together, we focus on insight, practical strategies, and empowered decision-making to help you move toward the life and relationships you want.
